But when John Dean, Richard fucking Nixon's lawyer and Watergate conspirator is making the case that you should be impeached, you have a problem.
Nor should everyone assume impeachment is impossible with a Republican controlled Congress. After all, it was a Republican controlled Congress that brought Nixon to the point where he had to resign. All it takes is Congresscritters being made very aware that their own credibility -- and careers -- are at stake.
I've been witholding judgement on Howard Dean until The Skeleton Closet posted their dossier -- after all, they were what clued me in that Nader's just another millionaire, union-busting rat bastard back in '00. It's up now. Let's see what we've got:

- He's got a temper. I can live with that.
- He worked at an abortion clinic and may have performed abortions. I'd consider that a plus.
- His son isn't the smartest criminal in the world. I can live with that, too, as long we remember that when Junior turns 35.
