jadegirl and I have always had good experiences there -- though generally when we were shopping separately for one another.
Today we went in together, and it was somewhat different. One of the staff we talked to was nice enough, but the other was brusque, sullen, and off-putting. Like night and day. I came away with the impression that, unlike when I'm there alone, they couldn't care less whether they made a multi-hundred dollar sale or not.
I'll be writing to the store's manager about the matter. I don't think I'll be going back to that store. Perhaps the folks at The Noose will be able to help me.
