holzman_tweedFor grad school, I'm doing a study on attitudes about privacy policies. If you could take a few minutes to download this questionairre, fill it out, and send it back to me, I would be grateful.
EDIT: If you can't read MS Word files, I also have it as HTML. Let me also take a moment to plug Open Office.
I intend this to be an anonymous study. I will make the responses anonynmous by saving the files to disk with a number instead of a name, which will separate them from identifying information. I will also destroy the e-mails themselves.
I realize there are many other questions I could ask and many ways I could ask them, this is what I need for this class.
If people don't have access to MS Word, I can code it up as a LJ poll, but I'll lose anonymity in doing so.
