Dear firewall maker,

How can you sit there with a straight face and tell me that your firewall has a known bug in which it doesn't correctly update the rule base if I have used capital letters in the host name of the firewall?

How do you manage to avoid bursting out laughing when you tell me that the fix is to re-run the installation wizard and use an all lowercase name this time?

Should we hold off until Monday, for the full moon? What incense do you usually burn for adminning your box? Will this become part of the documentation?

Is it buggy? If so a mix of valerian, sulfur, and asafoetida should make those bugs run away screaming.

If not, you might try a temple incense called pakeezah. I've found it to be soothing whilst beating the computer into compliance.

Will this become part of the documentation?

Only if you remember to sacrifice the appropriate number of chickens.
