Setting the record straight.

A very eager-to-please representative of the Firewall Company formerly known as Beavis and Butthead just called to explain that he had miscommunicated that capitalization error to me. It seems that it is an issue that has been fixed in the patch we installed, and that he had merely recommended lowercase letters during that testing period just to be sure. He assures me that he has tested uppercase hostnames, and that it works.

Sigh.
