That kept you on your own
And simply put them down

I'll probably be posting more, because they come up with alot of Important lyrics. Pity John Hopper Bobby Sheehan had to get hammered so flat (Popper has stated that most of their lyrics are autobiographical) to come up with them.
But "I guess that's why the call it the Blues" to quote someone else who got hammered pretty damn flat.
