This is a video of a wounded and down Iraqi man being shot in cold blood by an American soldier as other soldiers cheer him on. Don't click the link if you're not prepared to deal with that.

It is possible that there is a reason that they should not be court martialed and hanged, but I'm not clear on what it is.
