The AFA is doing a poll on legalizing Gay marriage. Please help 'em out so that they can forward Congress a count that truly reflects the country's ethics. :)

Holy shit, the numbers on that poll are disturbing. PLEASE more people go take the poll, even if only for the principal of it.

It's taken on a life of its own. Check this (http://www.livejournal.com/users/griffen/667656.html) out.

Those folks confuse me. Looking this morning, I see that the pro-Gay marriage side is up to 30% or so.

As of late yesterday the numbers were around 47% favor, 45% oppose, and I guess 8ish% civil union.

Today there's no results indicator.

The thing you link to with the screenshots is interesting. I'm somewhat saddened that people were using bots for either side. Ah, well.

If people were using bots, the bots were doing some work -- the poll has some checks in it to prevent duplicate voting.

You can find the results at http://www.afa.net/petitions/marriagepoll.asp. Currently, it's at 38.51% oppose, 53.15% support, 8.34% union only.
