Request for my friends list

For grad school, I'm doing a study on attitudes about privacy policies. If you could take a few minutes to download this questionairre, fill it out, and send it back to me, I would be grateful.

EDIT: If you can't read MS Word files, I also have it as HTML. Let me also take a moment to plug Open Office.

I intend this to be an anonymous study. I will make the responses anonynmous by saving the files to disk with a number instead of a name, which will separate them from identifying information. I will also destroy the e-mails themselves.

I realize there are many other questions I could ask and many ways I could ask them, this is what I need for this class.

If people don't have access to MS Word, I can code it up as a LJ poll, but I'll lose anonymity in doing so.

We don't have MSWord.. could you put the questions in html format so we could copy it and send it back to you? That way you'd still keep the anonymity.

By commercial site I gather you mean e-commerce site? Or would you include Google as a commercial site?

I think for purposes of this study I'm talking about e-commerce sites.
