It's just killing me that your icon pic and this cartoon look so similar. I didn't even notice when I first saw the cartoon.
This is the first time I've seen one of these little anime things that somone has designed and immediately thought, "Oh yeah! If we lived in an anime world, this is EXACTLY how he would look!"
